Pursuant to the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA Public Resources Code, Section 21084 et. seq.), this project meets the requirements for a Categorical Exemption in compliance with Article 19, Section 15303, (Class 3 - New Construction or conversion of Small Structures).

 

Recommendation:

The Planning Division recommends that the Planning Commission adopt the attached draft Resolutions approving Conditional Use Permit (CUP 7985-2017), Tentative Tract Map (TRACTMAP 8522-2017), revocation of Tentative Tract Map (TPM 13-001) and revocation of Conditional Use Permit (CUP 13-013), subject to conditions.
