Modification of Conditional Use Permit (MODCUP 10790-2018) modifying Conditional Use Permit (CUP 06-005) and Conditional Use Permit (CUPM 06-005) to allow changing one restaurant into two restaurants totaling 6,800 square feet, with a shared bonafide kitchen, and changes to exterior façades, patio expansion and modification of certain conditions at 101 West Mission Boulevard #101 located in the Downtown Core Segment of the Pomona Corridors Specific Plan (APN 8341-008-042).
Pursuant to the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA Public Resources Code, Section 21084 et. seq.), this project meets the requirements for a Categorical Exemption in compliance with Article 19, Section 15301, (Class 1 - Existing Facilities).
Recommendation:
Staff recommends that the Planning Commission approve Modification of Conditional Use Permit (MODCUP 10790-2018), subject to conditions.
