2) Approve an amendment to the current agreement between the City and R3 Consulting Group, Inc. to allow for the additional work associated with the preparation and administration of the City’s Request for Proposal for Residential and Commercial Garbage, Recyclable Material, and Organic Waste Collection Services for an additional amount not-to-exceed $250,000; and
