The Planning Division has initiated the revocation of Conditional Use Permit 03-028, which allowed a wood recycling facility on a lot greater than one acre, due to abandonment of use on a property located at 1313 East Phillips Boulevard. The Conditional Use Permit has not had an active business license in more than 180 consecutive days, supporting the cause of action contained in the Pomona Zoning Ordinance Section 1160.D.7.
