PUBLIC COMMENT  
In order to address the Police Oversight Commission, each individual must fill out a speaker card, which is  
available in the lobby of the Council Chambers. Speaker cards must be completed and turned in to the  
Commission Secretary at this time. Only those speaker cards turned in to the Commission Secretary will be  
allowed to speak once for three minutes. All speakers and persons in the audience must adhere to the  
Commission Rules of Procedure and Decorum.
