The City of Pomona wishes to make all of its public meetings accessible to the public. Upon request, this agenda
will be made available in appropriate alternative formats to persons with disabilities, as required by Section 202 of
the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
Any person with a disability who requires a modification or

In order to address the Ethics Commission, each individual must fill out a speaker card, which is available in the
lobby of the Council Chambers. Speaker cards must be completed and turned in to the Commission Secretary at
this time. Only those speaker cards turned in to the Commission Secretary will be allowed to speak once for three
minutes. All speakers and persons in the audience must adhere to the Commission Rules of Procedure and
Decorum.
