PUBLIC COMMENT  
At this time, the public is invited to address the Commission concerning any items that are not listed on the  
agenda. Together, the Commissioners, City staff and public honor Pomona's important City meeting values:  
1) To speak and to listen to everyone with respect and courtesy;  
2) To honor fairness and our cherished democratic process;  
3) To affirm Pomona's dedication to lead as a Compassionate City.  
Thank you all for keeping these values and this commitment to act with them present in our minds as we proceed  
with the meeting together. In order to address the Commission, each individual must fill out a speaker card, which  
are available in the entrance. Speaker cards must be completed and turned in to staff at this time. Only those  
speaker cards turned in to staff will be allowed to address the Commission. No late cards will be accepted. Each  
person should state their name and will be allowed to speak once for three minutes.

All items listed on the Consent Calendar may be enacted by a single motion without separate discussion. If a  
discussion or a separate vote on any item is desired by a Cultural Arts Commissioner, that item may be removed  
from the Consent Calendar and considered separately. All remaining items not removed from the Consent Calendar  
by a Cultural Arts Commissioner shall be voted on prior to discussion of the item (s) requested to be pulled.
