Title: Approval of Grant of Easement to Southern California Edison for Electric Vehicle Infrastructure at Palomares Park It is recommended that the City Council take the following action: 1) Adopt the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 2024-143 - A RESOULTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING GRANT OF EASEMENT ECR-2023 TO SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON FOR ELECTRICAL INFRASTRUCTURE INSTALLATION ON A PORTIO OF CITY PROPERTY LOCATED AT 499 E ARROW HIGHWAY (PALOMARES PARK), POMONA, ASSESSOR PARCEL NUMBER 8366-017-900 2) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to sign the Grant of Easement to SCE on behalf of the City.

It is recommended that the City Council take the following action:

 

1)                     Adopt the following resolution:

 

RESOLUTION NO. 2024-143 - A RESOULTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING GRANT OF EASEMENT ECR-2023 TO SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON FOR ELECTRICAL INFRASTRUCTURE INSTALLATION ON A PORTIO OF CITY PROPERTY LOCATED AT 499 E ARROW HIGHWAY (PALOMARES PARK), POMONA, ASSESSOR PARCEL NUMBER 8366-017-900
