It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:

 

1)                     Approve a professional services agreement with Watry Design, Inc. for Bridging Architectural Design Services for CIP Project, “Downtown Parking Structures,” Project No. 441-6725-52285-73368 in the amount of $569,639; and,
