Title: Approve Amendment No. 3 to CASC Engineering to Continue Inspections and Plan Reviews It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: 1) Approve Amendment No. 3 (Attachment No. 1) to the Agreement with CASC Engineering in the amount not to exceed $250,000 for each FY 2023-2024 and FY 2024-2025 the continuation of the industrial, commercial, construction, and plan reviews; and, 2) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute any agreements necessary to complete the CASC Engineering amendments thereto, on behalf of the City, pending City Attorney review and approval.

Approve Amendment No. 3 to CASC Engineering to Continue Inspections and Plan Reviews

 

It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:

 

1)                     Approve Amendment No. 3 (Attachment No. 1) to the Agreement with CASC Engineering in the amount not to exceed $250,000 for each FY 2023-2024 and FY 2024-2025 the continuation of the industrial, commercial, construction, and plan reviews; and,

 

2)                     Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute any agreements necessary to complete the CASC Engineering amendments thereto, on behalf of the City, pending City Attorney review and approval.
