It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:

 

1)                     Approve a maintenance service agreement with Best Drilling and Pump for potable water well rehabilitation of Well 32 and Well 36; and

 

2)                     Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the maintenance services agreement on behalf of the City, and any amendments or related documents, subject to review by the City Attorney.
