It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:

 

1)                     Accept the Alcoholic Beverage Control Grant in the amount of $98,843.

 

2)                     Adopt the following resolution (Attachment No.1):

 

RESOLUTION NO. 2026-118 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE FY 2026-27 OPERATING BUDGET BY INCREASING REVENUE ESTIMATES AND APPROPRIATIONS IN THE AMOUNT OF $98,843.
