Approve the FY 2025-26 CAPER for submission to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:

 

1)                     Conduct a public hearing to receive comments for the Fiscal Year (FY) 2025-26 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Home Investment Partnerships (HOME) Program, and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) Funds.

 

2)                     Upon conclusion of the public hearing, to direct staff to incorporate comments received into the final FY 2025-26 CAPER.

 

3)                     Approve the FY 2025-26 CAPER for submission to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
