It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:

 

1)                     Adopt the following resolution:

 

RESOLUTION NO. 2026-36 - A Resolution of the City Council of the City of the City of Pomona, California, Authorizing the Acceptance of $10,000 Donation from the Carnegie corporation of New York in celebration of the 250th anniversary of the declaration of independence, for the benefit of the Pomona public library and amending the FY 2025-26 operating budget by increasing revenue estimates and Appropriating the Funds for Expenditure

 

2)                     Authorize the acceptance of the $10,000 donation made by the Carnegie Corporation of New York in celebration of the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence to the Pomona Public Library.
