Title: Accept the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) Continuum of Care (CoC) Grant Funds to Operate the Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) Program It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: Adopt the following resolution RESOLUTION NO. 2026-117 – A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONTINUUM OF CARE (COC) GRANT FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT (HUD) TOTALING $2,684,269 AND AMENDMENT OF THE FY 2026-2027 OPERATING BUDGET Approve the acceptance of $2,684,269 in CoC grant funds to operate the PSH program; and, Authorize the City Manager to execute all agreements, amendments, and any other documentation requested for acceptance of the award, distribution of the funding and operation of the PSH program.

It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:

 

1)                     Adopt the following resolution

 

RESOLUTION NO. 2026-117 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONTINUUM OF CARE (COC) GRANT FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT (HUD) TOTALING $2,684,269 AND AMENDMENT OF THE FY 2026-2027 OPERATING BUDGET
