Title: Adopt a Resolution Authorizing the City’s Participation in the San Gabriel Valley SGV Forward Jump Start Transit Improvement Project for Implementation of Peak-Hour Bus and Bicycle Lanes Along Holt Avenue between Fairplex Drive and Main Street It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: Adopt the Following Resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 2026-123 – A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE SCOPE OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE SAN GABRIEL VALLEY SGV FORWARD JUMP START TRANSIT IMPROVEMENT PROJECT ALONG HOLT AVENUE BETWEEN FAIRPLEX DRIVE AND MAIN STREET; and Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to negotiate and execute any necessary agreements, MOUs, MOAs, funding documents, implementation agreements, and related documents necessary to advance and complete the project, subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney.

It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:

 

1)                     Adopt the Following Resolution:

 

RESOLUTION NO. 2026-123 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE SCOPE OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE SAN GABRIEL VALLEY SGV FORWARD JUMP START TRANSIT IMPROVEMENT PROJECT ALONG HOLT AVENUE BETWEEN FAIRPLEX DRIVE AND MAIN STREET; and

 

2)                     Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to negotiate and execute any necessary agreements, MOUs, MOAs, funding documents, implementation agreements, and related documents necessary to advance and complete the project, subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney.
