Title: Adopt a Resolution Accepting Grant Funds for the Operation of the Interim Housing Program at Hope for Home Homeless Services Center It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: 1) Adopt the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 2025-83 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF $3,540,865 IN MEASURE A GRANT FUNDS FOR THE OPERATION OF THE INTERIM HOUSING PROGRAM AT HOPE FOR HOME HOMELESS SERVICES CENTER (H4H) AND AMENDMENT OF THE FY 2025-2026 OPERATING BUDGET 2) Authorize the City Manager to execute all agreements, amendments, and any other documentation requested for acceptance of the award, distribution of the funding and operation of the H4H Interim Housing Program, subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney.

It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:

 

1)                     Adopt the following resolution:

 

RESOLUTION NO. 2025-83 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF $3,540,865 IN MEASURE A GRANT FUNDS FOR THE OPERATION OF THE INTERIM HOUSING PROGRAM AT HOPE FOR HOME HOMELESS SERVICES CENTER (H4H) AND AMENDMENT OF THE FY 2025-2026 OPERATING BUDGET

 

2)                     Authorize the City Manager to execute all agreements, amendments, and any other documentation requested for acceptance of the award, distribution of the funding and operation of the H4H Interim Housing Program, subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney.
