Title: Adopt a Resolution Amending the FY 2023-24 Operating Budget for the Outdoor & Active Youth Program and Accept Grant Funds from Pomona Unified School District It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: 1) Adopt the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 2023-151 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE FY 2023-24 OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE OUTDOOR & ACTIVE YOUTH PROGRAM GRANT FUND BY INCREASING REVENUE ESTIMATES AND APPROPRIATIONS BY $149,931 AND ACCEPTING FUNDS OF $524,931 FROM POMONA UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT IN GRANT FUNDING 2) Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute an agreement and any subsequent amendments subject to review by the City Attorney.

It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:

 

1)                     Adopt the following resolution:

 

RESOLUTION NO. 2023-151 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE FY 2023-24 OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE OUTDOOR & ACTIVE YOUTH PROGRAM GRANT FUND BY INCREASING REVENUE ESTIMATES AND APPROPRIATIONS BY $149,931 AND ACCEPTING FUNDS OF $524,931 FROM POMONA UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT IN GRANT FUNDING
