It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:

 

1)                     Award a construction agreement to CT&T Concrete Paving Inc. for “Sustainable Transportation Infrastructure for Pomona East End Village Project” FD428 CIP Project Fund | CC2590 CIP | Project No. 68583 to include all Base Bid items in the total amount of $254,340; and

 

2)                     Authorize the City Manager to execute the construction agreement and any subsequent change orders on behalf of the City of Pomona, subject to review by the City Attorney.
