Title: Public Hearing and Consideration of Adoption of a Resolution Regarding the Levy of Fiscal Year 2026-27 Assessments for the Consolidated Citywide Street Lighting and Landscaping Maintenance District. It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: 1. Conduct a Public Hearing regarding the levy of assessments for the Consolidated Citywide Street Lighting and Landscaping Maintenance District for FY2026-27; and 2. Public Hearing and Consideration of Adoption of a Resolution Regarding the Levy of Fiscal Year 2026-27 Assessments for the Consolidated Citywide Street Lighting and Landscaping Maintenance District.

It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:

1.                     Conduct a Public Hearing regarding the levy of assessments for the Consolidated Citywide Street Lighting and Landscaping Maintenance District for FY2026-27; and
