(Conserv) to provide consulting services in an amount not-to-exceed $150,000 for residential landscape evaluations; and, 2) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute a three-year agreement with Conserv on behalf of the City and any subsequent documents or amendments, subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney.
