Approve a Purchase Order to Patriot Environmental for the Removal and Disposal of Hazardous Waste
It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:
1) Approve a purchase order to Patriot Environmental in the amount of $310,000 for hazardous waste removal and disposal services for the remaining four years of the five-year term through January 20, 2031, and;
2) Authorize the City Manager to approve the purchase order and any extension thereto, on behalf of the City.
