It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:

 

1)                     Award of bid to Core & Main, LP for the purchase of materials, tools and equipment, at the percentage discount off the manufacturer’s prevailing published price list, for a term of five years;

 

2)                     Award of bid to Ferguson Enterprises, LLC for the purchase of materials, tools and equipment, at the percentage discount off the manufacturer’s prevailing published price list, for a term of five years; and

 

3)                     Authorize the City Manager, or designee any extensions, subsequent changes or amendments thereto, on behalf of the City.
