It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:

 

1)                     Award a consultant agreement to Acton Architecture, Inc. for “Renovation of La Casita Teen Center at Palomares Park” FD428 Grant Funds | CC2590 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) | Worktag: Project 71110 to include all Base Bid items in the total amount of $668,416; and
