A request to modify previously approved Major Certificate of Appropriateness (MAJCOA-000114-2025), which proposed the construction of a new, detached, 800 square-foot accessory dwelling unit (ADU) with a 15 square-foot porch at the rear of a contributing resource within the Hacienda Park Historic District. This request is limited to a modification request to change the approved window material from wood to aluminum clad for the proposed accessory dwelling unit.
Recommendation:
Staff recommends that the Historic Preservation Commission approve the requested modification to MAJCOA-000114-2025 and adopt Resolution No. 26-020, subject to conditions.
