Title: Approve a Resolution to Amend Fiscal Year 2025-26 Operating Budget and Sole-Source Purchase of Six (6) 2026 Dodge Durango Police Interceptor Utility Vehicles and Vehicle Builds It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: 1) Adopt the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 2026-06 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE FY 2025-26 BUILDING AND EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT FUND TO INCREASE APPROPRIATIONS BY $459,000 FROM BUILDING AND EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT FUND RESERVES 2) Approve a sole-source purchase of six (6) replacement Police interceptor utility vehicles from Carville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Dealership in the amount of $258,000; and 3) Approve a sole-source to 10-8 retrofit, Inc. for vehicle builds in the amount of $201,000.

It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:

 

1)                     Adopt the following resolution:

 

RESOLUTION NO. 2026-06 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE FY 2025-26 BUILDING AND EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT FUND TO INCREASE APPROPRIATIONS BY $459,000 FROM BUILDING AND EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT FUND RESERVES

 

2)                     Approve a sole-source purchase of six (6) replacement Police interceptor utility vehicles from Carville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Dealership in the amount of $258,000; and

 

3)                     Approve a sole-source to 10-8 retrofit, Inc. for vehicle builds in the amount of $201,000.
