COMMERCIAL STREET, ASSESSOR PARCEL NUMBERS 8340-036-005 AND 8340-036-006; and Authorize the City Engineer to sign Lot Merger LM3-2026 on behalf of the City of Pomona.

It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:

 

1)                     Adopt the following Resolution:

 

RESOLUTION NO. 2026-98 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING LOT MERGER LM3-2026 FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 450 W. COMMERCIAL STREET, ASSESSOR PARCEL NUMBERS 8340-036-005 AND 8340-036-006; and

 

2)                     Authorize the City Engineer to sign Lot Merger LM3-2026 on behalf of the City of Pomona.
