RESOLUTION NO. 2024-120 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING FY 2024-25 CITY OPERATING BUDGET BY INCREASING REVENUE ESTIMATES AND APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE CALVIP FUND
