ORDINANCE NO. 4337 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, CREATING AN ETHICS COMMISSION PURSUANT TO SECTION 807 OF THE CITY CHARTER OF THE CITY OF POMONA
