Adopt a Resolution to Amend the FY 2025-26 Operating and FY 2025-26 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Budget and Approve an Amendment to Allegiance Electric Inc. Contract for Worktag : Project 71119 - Pomona Police Station/Fire Station 181 Energy Efficiency Upgrades
It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:
1) Adopt the following resolution:
RESOLUTION NO. 2026-56 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE FY 2025-26 OPERATING BUDGET AND THE FY 2025-26 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) BUDGET BY UNAPPROPRIATING $56,928 OF GENERAL FUNDS FROM THE OPERATING BUDGET FD101 | CC2003 | BUILDING AND YARD REPAIRS AND APPROPRIATING $56,928 OF GENERAL FUNDS TO THE CIP BUDGET FOR WORKTAG: PROJECT 71119 - POMONA POLICE STATION/FIRE STATION 181 ENERGY EFFICIENCY UPGRADES (FD101 | CC2590 | SC263 TRANSFER TO CIP PROJECT FUND AND FD428 CC2590 RC116 | TRANSFER FROM GENERAL FUND)
2) Amend the Agreement with Allegiance Electric Inc. to add an additional $56,928 to the contract amount, to a total agreement amount of $276,568 to complete the CIP; and
3) Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute said agreement with Allegiance Electric, Inc. on behalf of the City and any subsequent documents or amendments.
