It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:

 

1)                     Award a professional consulting services contract to TJKM Transportation Consultants for “Pomona Safety Action Plan,” Project 428-2590-XXXXX-68590, for developing the City’s Safety Action Plan, in the amount of $481,409; and

 

2)                     Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the contract and any related documents and subsequent change orders on behalf of the City.
