Title: Acceptance of FY 2022 U.S Department of Justice Office of Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS) Technology and Equipment Program Grant It is recommended that the City Council adopt the following actions: 1) Adopt the follow resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 2022-198 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE 2022 OFFICE OF COMMUNITY ORIENTED POLICING SERVICES TECHNOLOGY AND EQUIPMENT PROGRAM GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $3,404,000 AND AMENDING THE FY 2022-23 OPERATING BUDGET BY INCREASING REVENUE ESTIMATES AND APPROPRIATIONS 2) Approve a sole-source purchase to Motorola solutions, Inc. in the amount of $3,615,352 3) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute any and all agreements on behalf of the City, subject to review and approval as to form by the City Attorney.

It is recommended that the City Council adopt the following actions:

 

1)                     Adopt the follow resolution:

 

RESOLUTION NO. 2022-198 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE 2022 OFFICE OF COMMUNITY ORIENTED POLICING SERVICES TECHNOLOGY AND EQUIPMENT PROGRAM GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $3,404,000 AND AMENDING THE FY 2022-23 OPERATING BUDGET BY INCREASING REVENUE ESTIMATES AND APPROPRIATIONS
