Amending Fiscal Year 2026-27 Revenue Estimates to the Watershed Fund and Award of a Professional Services Agreement to Stantec Consulting Services Inc.; and Approve Tenth Amendment with the Cities of Claremont, La Verne, Pomona and San Dimas
It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:
1) Adopt the following Resolution:
RESOLUTION NO. 2026-105 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2026-27 WATERSHED FUND BUDGET BY INCREASING REVENUE ESTIMATES BY $211,008 OF WHICH $205,371 TO WATERSHED FUND FD592 | WATERSHED DEPARTMENT, CC8131 | PROJECT PROGRAM REVENUE AND $5,637 TO WATERSHED FUND FD592 | WATERSHED DEPARTMENT, CC8131 | ADMINISTRATIVE PROGRAM FEE
2) Approve awarding a three-year professional services agreement with Stantec Consulting Services Inc. (Stantec), for implementation of the coordinated integrated monitoring program (CIMP) and watershed management program (WMP) in the amount of $2,482,494 of which $527,419 will be funded by Project No. 81063 and encumbered by a separate PO than the remainder of the contract. (Attachment No.2).
3) Approve the 10th cooperative agreement amendment for cost sharing with the East San Gabriel Valley Watershed Management Group (Management Group), which includes the cities of Claremont, La Verne, Pomona and San Dimas (Attachment No.3)
4) Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with Stantec on behalf of the City and execute the 10th cooperative agreement amendment and any subsequent documents or amendments to the agreements.
