Title: Award a Sole Source Agreement to Siemens Industry, Inc. for Ongoing Building Automation and Maintenance, Including Unforeseen Urgent Repairs, in an Amount Not-To-Exceed $250,000 Over Three (3) Years It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: 1) Award a Sole Source Agreement to Siemens Industry, Inc. ("Siemens") for ongoing building automation and maintenance at various City facilities in an amount not to exceed $130,000 for a three-year period effective July 1, 2023; 2) Authorize Siemens Industry, Inc. ("Siemens") to perform additional urgent building automation repairs at various City facilities on an as-needed basis in an amount not to exceed $120,000 for a three-year period effective July 1, 2023; and 3) Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement with Siemens and any subsequent documents or amendments, subject to approval by the City Attorney.

It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:

 

1)                     Award a Sole Source Agreement to Siemens Industry, Inc. (“Siemens”) for ongoing building automation and maintenance at various City facilities in an amount not to exceed $130,000 for a three-year period effective July 1, 2023;

 

2)                     Authorize Siemens Industry, Inc. (“Siemens”) to perform additional urgent building automation repairs at various City facilities on an as-needed basis in an amount not to exceed $120,000 for a three-year period effective July 1, 2023; and

 

3)                     Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement with Siemens and any subsequent documents or amendments, subject to approval by the City Attorney.
