Appropriation of Community Cleanup and Employment Pathway Grant Funding and Approval of Restricted Grant Agreement with Caltrans for Beautification and Workforce Development
It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:
1) Adopt the following resolution:
RESOLUTION NO. 2026-37 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE FY 2026-27 OPERATING BUDGET BY INCREASING REVENUE ESTIMATES IN THE AMOUNT OF $205,000 IN FD215, GRANT - MISCELLANEOUS | CC2520 STREET MAINTENANCE | GRANT - STATE | GR-000015, CLEAN CALIFORNIA LOCAL GRANT AND CORRESPONDING APPROPRIATIONS IN FD215, GRANT - MISCELLANEOUS | CC2520, STREET MAINTENANCE | CONTROLLABLE CONTRACT SERVICES | GR-000015, CLEAN CALIFORNIA LOCAL GRANT FOR BEAUTIFICATION AND WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT WORK AS PART OF THE CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (CALTRANS) CLEAN CALIFORNIA GRANT PROGRAM;
2) Approve the Restricted Grant Agreement between the City of Pomona and Caltrans; and
3) Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute the agreement and any amendments subject to approval by the City Manager.
