The City Council conducted a Public Hearing to consider the Planning Commission's recommendation for denial of an Ordinance approving Specific Plan Amendment (SPA 6114-2016) to allow property within the Pomona Corridors Specific Plan (PCSP) area to develop under PCSP Urban Neighborhood Expansion Zone development standards. The City Council is also considering Tentative Parcel Map 74696 (PARCELMAP 5850-2016) to consolidate two lots into one, and Development Plan Review (DPR 6535-2016) to allow the construction of a 35-unit multi-family residential development. The subject site is located at 203 Myrtle Avenue in the R-2-PD (Low Density Multiple-Family Planned Development) zoning district and also identified within the PCSP Urban Neighborhood Expansion Zone
