An appeal of the Planning Commission action on a Conditional Use Permit to allow for the construction of a new 47,199 square foot industrial warehouse and office uses for a property located within the M-1(Light Industrial) district within the East Mission Boulevard Workplace Expansion Zone of the Pomona Corridors Specific Plan, at 650-690 S. Reservoir Street. The request also includes a revocation of Conditional Use Permit (CUP 05-035) (issued but not previously exercised) to construct a 17,362 square foot industrial building at 750 S. Reservoir St. (parking shared with subject property).
