Public Hearing Regarding the Phillips Ranch Landscaping and Lighting Maintenance Assessment District and Final Ballot Submission
It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:
1) Conduct a Public Hearing regarding the levy of Fiscal Year 2019-20 assessments and receive final ballot submissions for the proposed Phillips Ranch Landscaping and Lighting Maintenance Assessment District; and
2) After receiving public comments, testimony, and final ballots, close the Public Hearing and continue the item to July 15, 2019 for the certification of the results of the protest proceedings; and
3) Order the tabulation of ballots to be conducted on July 1, 2019 in City Council Chambers.
