Title: Accepting the Standards and Training for Corrections (STC) Grant in the Amount of $13,200 and Amending the FY 2019-20 Operating and Revenue Budgets It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: 1) Adopt the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 2019-114 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA ACCEPTING THE STANDARDS AND TRAINING FOR CORRECTIONS (STC) GRANT AND AMENDING THE FY 2019-20 SPECIAL REVENUE OPERATING AND REVENUE BUDGETS 2) Accepting the Standards & Training for Corrections (STC) Grant; and 3) Amending the FY 2019-20 Police Departments expenditures and revenues for grant funds to receive and appropriate $13,200 for the STC grant; and 4) Authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to execute any and all agreements on behalf of the City, in substantially the form submitted, subject to review and approval as to form by the City Attorney.

It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:

 

1)                     Adopt the following resolution:

 

RESOLUTION NO. 2019-114 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA ACCEPTING THE STANDARDS AND TRAINING FOR CORRECTIONS (STC) GRANT AND AMENDING THE FY 2019-20 SPECIAL REVENUE OPERATING AND REVENUE BUDGETS

 

2)                     Accepting the Standards & Training for Corrections (STC) Grant; and

 

3)                     Amending the FY 2019-20 Police Departments expenditures and revenues for grant funds to receive and appropriate $13,200 for the STC grant; and
