Title: Approve Various Contract Amendments for the Water Resources Department Operations It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: 1) Approve an amendment of $612 to the professional service agreement for soil compaction an analysis work with URS (originally under contract as AECOM, and now doing business as URS); 2) Approve an amendment of $2,202 to the professional service agreement for engineer survey work with Stantec Consulting Services, Inc. (Stantec); 3) Approve an amendment of $13,488 to a professional service agreement for marketing and outreach with CV Strategies; 4) Approve an amendment to the United Water Works contract, adding the ability to purchase small tools and equipment for an amount not-to-exceed $30,000 and non-inventory parts needed to maintain City infrastructure; and 5) Authorize the City Manager to execute the contract amendments for the above listed items as needed on behalf of the City, subject to review by the City Attorney.

Approve Various Contract Amendments for the Water Resources Department Operations

 

It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:

 

1)                     Approve an amendment of $612 to the professional service agreement for soil compaction an analysis work with URS (originally under contract as AECOM, and now doing business as URS);

 

2)                     Approve an amendment of $2,202 to the professional service agreement for engineer survey work with Stantec Consulting Services, Inc. (Stantec);

 

3)                     Approve an amendment of $13,488 to a professional service agreement for marketing and outreach with CV Strategies;

 

4)                     Approve an amendment to the United Water Works contract, adding the ability to purchase small tools and equipment for an amount not-to-exceed $30,000 and non-inventory parts needed to maintain City infrastructure; and

 

5)                     Authorize the City Manager to execute the contract amendments for the above listed items as needed on behalf of the City, subject to review by the City Attorney.
