Public Hearing on the Adoption of a Resolutions of the City Council and Housing Authority Board Approving the Sale of Pomona Housing Authority Properties Located at 592 West Mission Boulevard (APN’s 8341-010-914, 915, 916, 917, 918, 919, 920 & 921) and of an Affordable Housing Disposition & Development Agreement with JHC-ACQUISITIONS LLC, for Development of a 57 Unit Affordable Housing Project
It is recommended that the City Council and the Pomona Housing Authority take the following actions:
1) Adopt the following resolution:
RESOLUTION NO. 2020-12 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE POMONA HOUSING AUTHORITY AND JHC-ACQUISITIONS, LLC, A LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY AND MAKING CERTAIN FINDINGS PURSUANT TO HEALTH & SAFETY CODE SECTION 33433
RESOLUTION NO. 2020-16 - A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF THE POMONA HOUSING AUTHORIY OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE POMONA HOUSING AUTHORITY AND JHC-ACQUISITIONS, LLC, A LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY AND MAKING CERTAIN FINDINGS PURSUANT TO HEALTH & SAFETY CODE SECTION 33433
2) Authorize the City Manager to execute the Affordable Housing Disposition & Development Agreement and all necessary associated documents, in substantially the form submitted herein.
