Orange Grove Ave. In compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) guidelines, staff has determined that the proposed project meets the criteria for a Class 1 Categorical Exemption, pursuant to Section 15301 (Existing Facilities) of CEQA. Therefore, no further environmental review is required.
Recommendation:
Staff recommends that the Historic Preservation Commission adopt the attached resolution approving Major Certificate of Appropriateness (MAJCOA 14807-2020), subject to conditions.
