Title: Public Hearing to Receive Comments on the Fiscal Year (FY) 2020-2021 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) Funds It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: 1) Conduct a public hearing to receive comments on the Fiscal Year (FY) 2020-2021 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Home Investment Partnerships Program (HOME), and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) Funds; 2) Upon conclusion of the public hearing, direct staff to incorporate comments received into the final FY 2020-2021 CAPER; and 3) Approve the FY 2020-2021 CAPER for submission to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:

 

1)                     Conduct a public hearing to receive comments on the Fiscal  Year (FY) 2020-2021 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Home Investment Partnerships Program (HOME), and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) Funds;

 

2)                     Upon conclusion of the public hearing, direct staff to incorporate comments received into the final FY 2020-2021 CAPER; and

 

3)                     Approve the FY 2020-2021 CAPER for submission to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
