Title: Adoption of a Resolution Approving the Purchase of Real Property from the Successor Agency to the Former Redevelopment Agency of the City of Pomona and Authorizing the City Manager to Take Actions Necessary to Consummate the Transaction It is recommended that the City Council adopt the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 2022-126 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA (I) APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF REAL PROPERTY FROM THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE FORMER REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, FOR THE PURCHASE PRICE OF $312,000,THUS AMENDING THE FY 2022-23 OPERATING BUDGET BY APPROPRIATING SAFE CLEAN WATER PROGRAM (MEASURE W) AND PARK AND RECREATION IMPROVEMENT FEES FUNDS FOR THE PURCHASE, (II) AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO TAKE ACTIONS NECESSARY TO CONSUMMATE THE TRANSACTION, AND (III) FINDING THAT NO FURTHER CEQA ANALYSIS IS REQUIRED
