A Call for Review of Staff’s decision to approve a Minor Certificate of Appropriateness (MINCOA-022883-2023) for the expansion of an existing one-car garage into a two-car garage and attached office located at the rear of a contributing resource on a property located within the Lincoln Park Historic District.
