A request for a Development Plan Review (DPR) for a Housing Development Project consisting of the conversion of an existing hotel into a residential apartment building consisting of 51 dwelling units on a 0.9-acre lot with associated on-site and off-site improvements within the Midtown Segment of the Pomona Corridors Specific Plan (PCSP). This project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15182 of the CEQA Guidelines. The proposed residential use and density was contemplated in the EIR certified for the PCSP and was evaluated as part of that environmental analysis. Therefore no further environmental review is required.
Recommendation:
Staff recommends that the Zoning Administrator approve DPR-000151-2025 and adopt ZA Reso. No. 26-003, subject to conditions. | | |
