Conditional Use Permit to establish a licensed adult day care facility to provide programs to adults 18 years old and older who are Medi-Care recipients and who voluntarily elect to participate in adult day health programs. The proposed use is within a 7,465.5 square foot tenant space on an approximately 7.2 acre property at the southeast corner of Foothill Boulevard and Garey Avenue in the Neighborhood Center Zone of the Pomona Corridors Specific Plan. (PCSP). Pursuant to the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA Public Resources Code, Section 21084 et. seq.), this project meets the requirements for a Categorical Exemption in compliance with Article 19, Section 15301 (Existing Facilities).
